Sidus Heroes (SIDUS) is the first Web3 gaming metaverse. NFT holders compete for rewards in space-themed, MMO strategy games. Long after the launch hype, this P2E project continues to attract users and trading volume.

CHALLENGE

The Sidus team has developed an ambitious strategy game and extensive economy. One that, although full of opportunities, can be overwhelming for newcomers. The team reached out to me to help them gain awareness during the game Alpha:

PROCESS

The process was simple. Sidus Heroes was already what players wanted it to be; they just didn’t know it yet. The team needed someone who understood the tech behind it and simplified the message: easy to learn, hard to master.

And for different formats we did just that:

The team later repurposed long-form P2E articles for social media, which also helped other video creators to review and promote the game.

RESULTS

After the brand awareness campaign the game was ready to release the next month. The ticket for entering the game and its rewards was the NFT Heroes Collection, which grossed over $1M from 2,000 sales.

Long term, Sidus Heroes continued to consistently generate sales (bringing new players) and sell out after a total volume of ~$7M—mostly from collectors buying the rarest heroes.

Not only did it withstand the test of time but expanded to not just a building game but a launchpad and collection of games: the Sidus Metaverse.
